    1. Set Goals and Achieve Them: Together, we set strategic goals that you can achieve. We make plans for how to make these goals real. We monitor progress and adjust. You are not alone. I keep you focused on meeting your goals.

  • Research shows that consistency is central to lasting growth and change. Thus, my preferred method for our engagment is high-touch, high-impact. We meet twice a week for the first three weeks, then once a week thereafter for the remainder of our contract. Minimum contracts are 6 months. Email support is always available. I am committed to helping you make lasting change, and working myself out a job.

  • We define both qualitative and quantitative outcomes for our work, revisiting these metrics frequently. We adjust as necessary, and define our processes based on the desired outcomes.

  • Together, we craft a development plan that provides the framework of our time together.

    We begin with an empowering 360 degree process meant to uplift you and your team. We interview 8-10 people, including team members, your leaders, and your peers, garnering invaluable insight. In the process, the people we interview become your champions along the way, invested in your success.

    We then review this information together and craft a development plan meant to close your winnable gaps, elevate your effectiveness, and help you become the leader you are meant to be.

  • Three key principles that underpin my coaching methodology:

    1. You already have within you what you need to lead. Through our process together, you learn to listen deeply - for yourself, others, and your work - to lead effectively.

    2. To be a leader means to create a future that would otherwise not have existed. Our work is to spark your ability to see with new eyes to be both visionary and tactical, creating a new future.

    3. Your body is an unharnessed fount of information. Through real-life mindfulness you learn access this knowingness whenever you need it.

  • I work on retainer with a 6-month minimum contract . The monthly commitment is $1200-$3400 per month. This is sliding scale based on the profit margins of your business.

    This fee includes the initial 360 Degree Review and 3 month follow up, which is a $5000 stand alone investment.

Michel E Spruance, (M.Ed., ACC, E-YRT 500, Lightyear Coach) is an executive and leadership coach, who helping small business leaders reimagine success and build new pathways for excellence based on the neurobiology of flow state. Michel brings a unique blend of traditional strategy and embodied mindfulness to help individuals and businesses reach new heights.

Committed to helping you build a meaningful life and making a positive impact in the world, Michel draws on 20+ years as a small business owner, teacher, facilitator, and coach, supporting individuals and teams. She currently consults for and leader trainings on behalf of the Flow Research Collective.

Michel has weaves 20+ years of leadership, coaching, educational design, and human development training into practical skills you can master for better performance right away. She is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, holds a master’s degree in educational design, and is certified with Lightyear Leadership, the Chopra Center, and Shift Positive 360 to name a few.

Michel owned and operated a successful yoga studio in downtown Seattle for 13 years, is an author, and co-founded Space Between, a non-profit that facilitates educational transformation through mindfulness practices in Washington State.
